Sorry others have had problems. So far, I have not. Screen is great though obviously some SW does not do scaling well. Battery life is much better than I expected for a mobile cpu running in excess of 6 hours and I do mainly productivity work -- QB,...

"Product quality very poor, service levels even worse"

 

Stay away from this laptop and Dell products in particular. Yes I'm bitter, but have now wasted $1600 and countless hours on this thing.

Could have been a nice machine, great specs

Poor quality = three service calls for major part replacements in first three months of ownership
