Unlike so many products this DOES perform as advertised. I was on the point of getting new carpets now I don't need to. The results are amazing

Great design and very easy to use. Fabulous results. Much cheaper than new carpets and a must have for any pet owner

Slight niggle is that if you tilt it back too far sometimes the suction gets broken and it fails to draw liquid back up from carpet. Now I know what caused this the one time it has happened, there have been no further issues
