This is a joy to use. It just glides along & picks up everything. Carpets look great & hard floors are spotless. Tools are sturdy & the long lead is great for stairs.

I'm loving my new Sebo cleaner - sucks up dog hair without having to go over and over the carpet. Wouldn't consider any other make!!!

We are finding this item a worthy replacement for our old Dyson. We much prefer the power head and direct straight movement of the machine over the roller ball arrangement on the newer Dyson models. So far so good.

Excellent machine but pricey through John Lewis whose 'never undersold' guarantee looked a bit thin.
