Terrible product

 

Stainless steel looks clean

Top shelf poorly designed with hard to place cups and wine glasses etc, Top shelf not cleaning, Top shelf rotor not moving any more, bottom shelf rotor splitting apart. Plastic parts appear cheap and loose.

I need a dishwasher that works.

 

I am very sad about my SMEG dishwasher it wash and does not dry dishes well. I gave it a try after one of your man adjusted it. No change! I am washing by hand! Please help!

Useless dishwasher

 

Had a Boshe for 14 years loved it dishes packed in like sardines always clean and dry. This thing doesn't wash or dry an absolute lemon. Have tried it twice and same both times. Brand new!!! I will never have a Smeg product again.

We purchased the Smeg DWU157XT one year ago from Harvey Norman commercial. We fownd from the start that it did an average job of cleaning on the eco setting and better job on the high temperature settings. But after a short time the cups and utensils...
