Cubic Ninja (3DS)

In Cubic Ninja, you guide a quadrate warrior through a series of increasingly hostile levels by tilting the 3DS. Gliding down twisted corridors is as effortless as it is novel, and there's an undeniable joy in winding your way through a particularly...

I'm playing Cubic Ninja, and my 8 year old wants to try it out. Once I give it to him, I have a hard time getting my Nintendo 3DS back. Eventually he had to give it up because, well, it's not his 3DS, and I'm his father and can take away television...

Fun gameplay ; Level creator ; Nice use of the platform

Bland visuals can be off-putting ; Feels like too much emphasis on trial and error ; Can't "see" around the levels to plan where to go

Cubic Ninja is flawed, but fun, and certainly not for everybody. It’s a fresh take on puzzle platforming that makes decent use of the system. I’m not sure what you're expecting, but Cubic Ninja delivered just what I thought it would.

Cubic Ninja Review

Cubic Ninja's soundtrack offers some nice beats that you would tap your foot to, but nothing that you will continue to remember once your gaming session has ended. Most of the tracks do a good job at enhancing the action that's taking place on...

Even in its short but unabashed history, there has not been much to shout about when it comes to unique IPs on Nintendo 3DS. A dash through any of the most popular online retailers will reveal a release list that you swear you have seen somewhere...

Cubic Ninja is a delightful addition to a 3DS market saturated with games seemingly made to take a quick advantage of the new technology. What begins as a unique and uplifting experience suddenly becomes one full of more excuses than substance, though....

Not very cubi-cool

And as you'll most likely be well aware, tilting the 3DS can lead to the 3D effects burning holes in your retinas

Elation turns to frustration in Cubic Ninja's twisted worlds.

Cubic Ninja: Action Adventure Twisted

Though it includes some interesting ideas, Cubic Ninja is a puzzle game that really fails to set itself apart from the pack. This is due to its inherent simplicity and lack of any unique elements as a lot of the game's elements are borrowed from other,...

Cubic Ninja- 3DS

Cubic Ninja for the Nintendo 3DS is the game that lets you play without ever touching a button. Simply tilt and turn your Nintendo 3DS to solve challenging puzzles, outwit devious enemies, and escape intricate traps!

Gyro controls turn off the 3D. Game seems focused on 3D. Confusion.

Level creator is neat ; Use of 3D effect is cool

Circle Pad controls aren't much better ; Gyroscope controls are awful ; Level design is boring

Aw man, I just got a 20 buck credit from Amazon for buying Ocarina, and this is one of the few choices I have to spend it on. Now it's down to Nintendogs, Blaz Blue, or Ghost Recon. Ghost Recon is tempting....but are they / can they fix the bugs?

Tilt and turn your 3DS handheld to overcome deadly traps and puzzles in Cubic Ninja from Ubisoft. The game's title is derived from its distinctive look -- the world and characters are comprised of 3D cubes. You must guide a tiny ninja named
