For some reason, the Ridge Racer series gets overlooked when highlighting the joys of arcade racing titles. Sure, the franchise arguably peaked with Ridge Racer 4, but there are few games that have gleefully exaggerated certain ...

An expensive 3D retread of earlier Ridge Racer goodness. It's good fun, and the 3D works - but it's a bit pricey for what it is. BEST POINT: Frantic racing; genuinely impressive use of 3D. WORST POINT: The price tag.

Good game!

 

The con was more an issue of me being spoiled with a Logitech force feedback wheel setup on my gaming PC. This game does a pretty good job considering.

Very fun to play, pretty good driving physics. Fun to drift around corners. Fun to connect and play with friends

A little unrealistic in how easy it is to set up a drift

this game is hard to put down. if you liked the original ridge racer you will like this one.

3D effect is really good, has a lot of things fly up at you ; car customization, lots of cool tracks to race on, music is cool, better than some other ridge racer games Ive played

does have some major ghosting! *adjusting the depth does not really eliminate the ghosting ; talking girl gets annoying ; does not look as cool in 2d ; not really worth $27.99 *but is one of the cheaper games ; the drifting and controls are not...
