Very Nice Scanner. Scans documents very well.

 

I use this scanner for a business and it does a perfect job. I am very pleased with the image that is scanned and the fact it is done with no problems. Even though the scanner is small it does a fantastic job. Excellent purchase.

This machine feeds the paper through with no trouble. The documents are scanned beautiful, I have had no paper jams or trouble with this scanner

Have had this scanner about a week and so far no complaints

Working performance is mediocre.

 

The technical mishaps makes this scanner actually overpriced for a good working flow. The reason for purchase was to set-up a digital library but the job became more laborious closely followed with great annoyance.

Scan results are good so far, machine is lightweight and set-up is easy

Anonyingly paperfeed trouble and/or paper jams! Therefore the 50ppm is a wrong stated fact or misleading advertisement

This scanner is great. The DocuMate 162 comes with an ISIS driver. Works flawlessly with Acrobat Pro 9.3 and Abbyy Finereader 10 Corp. Unless others received lemons chalk up anything less than 5 stars as user error. The included software is both good...

Great little scanner

 

There are several software programs included to help you scan some were easier than others and the only limited help is in the e-manual. I found the one touch the simplest.

Small footprint. Fast Scans. I have been using the one touch interface to scan directly to .pdf or for OCR and it is simple. Great scanner - with $200 off promo code - this is a good deal
