Bought this phone for my elderly Mother. Its really easy for her to use. Found the cordless handset a little light in weight but otherwise no problems.

I manage to set it up but I pay for id caller and it does not display who is calling like my old phone so I am using my old phone and I have put the new one upstairs in the bedroom where is not use much.

Good clear reception, usefull having a plug in wired handset and a cordless facility as well. Nice large buttons on handsets.

Very difficult to see the figures on the blue LED screen and the set up process is so much messing around I just put in the time and date.

I purchased this phone because of it's large sized number pad .It also has a good clear tone ,and the range on the cordless phone is exellent. Recommended.
