Still no response from Rosewill

 

Why do companies shoot themselves in the foot this way? This has the potential to be an outstanding product if they put just a little more effort into it. Also what happened to the video I uploaded?

I gave this 1 egg not on Neweggs merrit but to bring notice to the issues that are similar to various customers. Second time that i ordered a Rosewill product from the EGG and something has hapened, its not their fault though. i received the item...
