Canon Elura 60

 

CCDType: Single CCD, Video Recording Format: DV Tape

Easy to operate. 14X optical zoom. 2.5-inch LCD. Adjustable EVF. Decent video quality. Has an SD slot for still captures. Offers manual adjustments.

Mediocre still-image capture. Lack of headlight, hot shoe, or flash makes low-light shooting problematic.

A worthy device for the price, the Canon Elura 60 is extremely easy to operate, with decent video quality. It's a little light on the features (such as flash and autofocus assist lamp) usually found in more expensive devices, however.

I spent 6 days reviewing information online in order to find the best and the Canon Elura 60 was it! Most places it retailed for about $399, but we bought one (new) for $325. Lightweight, compact, VERY user friendly, crisp, clear movies! Like ALL...
