This was purchased to use for our local football league to make DVD's of each players game. It is simple to use right out of box. Download software a little tough at first but nothing an average person could not do, just requires reading instructions....

This unit is superb. I have no complaints about it other than the batteries you can buy for it are really lacking the power required for them to be truly compatible with the unit. This seems to be a pervasive problem in the camcorder market regardless...

I recently bought this camcorder and am quite pleased with it BUT I find that the mini SD card cannot be played on my Panasonic TV! It may work on other makes but check before you buy!
