the bottom line is that cell phone carriers trap you into a 2 year commitment and the phone has some serious issues
interface could be improved a lot (its a step down from my razr imo)

gets stuck frequently when a call is to be made in a emergent situation,when a call is made & the recipient answers we can never respond as it gets stuck ,each time when it gets stuck the user has to switch it on and off many times
I wish I could delete/re-org some of the stupid AT&T marketing sh_t that comes built into the interface
