Went into the store and physically handled and messed with every toaster and by far this was quality in every aspect - Money well spent.

Warm as toast

 

My wife wanted a four slice toaster,browsing round Comet we saw several but they were a bit lightweight but probably value for money then I found this Breville,it is really heavy and solidly built,ok its expensive but is good.I liked the manual...

looks great and feels heavy and substantial wiil not easily move about on worktop

very slow and doesn't brown evenly, not really any better than the much cheaper toaster we had before
