Wrong product sent

 

I ordered a Hamilton Beach Model 31508 Toaster oven but was sent a box of Pilot Model 31508 pens. They immediately refunded my money so I'd say they have an excellent 5 Newegg customer service department.

The product didn't match the picture in the least and I didn't want a refund, I wanted a toaster

Nice and Hot

 

On sale this was a good deal. The appliance works well and seems well constructed.

Gets up to temp swiftly. Useful accessories included.

Not the best for making toast. You really have to watch it, a couple seconds is all it takes to go from toasted to burnt.

Weird baking sheet, which also doubles as the broiler pan. So there's only that one pan and the broiler rack that sits inside of it. I would prefer they include at least one normal baking sheet with it.

Nice oven

 

A nice, compact oven. While my daughter is pleased with it even for toast, I found it not as convenient for toasting as other toaster/ovens I have had.

Bought this for my daughter to replace an old Kenmore model. This unit is a nice size and seems fairly well built - especially for the price. Toasts bread quickly. Has a removable, slide out, crumb tray.

Does not have a toast darkness sensor. Relies on mechanical rotary timer that is somewhat difficult to set for a light toast. Need to watch the toast.

I received as a gift and I didn't want it at first. Since the first time I used it I've used it almost every day. Pop tarts are better,eggos are better, hot pockets are better.
