It looks fine and is effective but the soft-head attachment does not fit securely and the bristles trap the dirt in the head rendering it useless. But worst of all is its inability to hold its charge after 18-months.

I've not been using it much as it doesn't pick up very well and spits the muck back out when you turn it off - I thought it had a two year warranty - just run out beginning of October - I am in contact with AEG direct as it should last longer than that...
