light weight and esay to use,good value for money

easy to set up and use, easy to store, carpet was reasonably dry after use.

Didnt see much of a difference on the rug i used it on although the water used became very dirty by end of use.

The head unit can get clogged with debris and that results in poor suction of the water.

I LOVE this machine. Even old stains are removed and even brings the lovely pile back into the carpet. So light and easy to use, I can't wait for another stain to appear so I can use it again!!!!! Thanks Bissell.

Ease of filling and using

Instructions for diluting shampoo should be included.Not alway clear on bottles.What mix of shampoo and Oxygen bleach?

Light weight, very easy to use and manoeuvre. Straightforward instructions both to assemble and for use. Carpet did smell fresher afterwards and good to walk on.

None really. Would have like my carpet to look a little more 'like new' but when looking at the dirty water I threw away I was satisfied it had been cleaned as well as it could have been!

i have a cream carpet and the cleaner does an excellent job and is easy to use.

dirty water tank needs emptying often and it is quite noisy.
