In general, I think it's a good machine. I never used it on furniture but I will in the future. I used it on the floors in our office. My boss was very impressed and actually told me the carpets came out great. Everybody that walked into our office...

Powerful machine, onboard water heater, option of "water only" rinse. The Bissell cleaning solution smells fantastic.

The "one bin" part of this thing is a little small. If I put it on heavy traffic, I can really only do a 3x3 area of carpet with the full water on back and forth, with a water rinse back and forth, before I need a refill. Maybe if I go a little faster...

Great for cleaning small areas of carpet - pet stains, drink spills, etc... Water heats quickly and is fairly hot. Very small so it is easy to store which is great because I live in an apartment. Not nearly as loud as a full size carpet scrubber. Price

Wish the suction area for the brush was a little bigger, but it is exactly as described. I think you can also buy a bigger attachment for it if you wanted
