It was very easy to assemble the few pieces that needed to be put on. It is GREAT! I have 3 cats and a dog, it really is amazing at getting up the animal hair. There is no apparent reduction in power/suction when using the attachments.

I can't say enough good things about this vacuum! It has great suction power, the attachments are easy to use. It is a bit heavy to push around on thick carpet, but not too bad. I would recommend this to a friend, absolutely!
