WTH? I got a used Steamer?

 

Now the worst part about all this, is I'm going to have to pay for shipping back and request a refund?

None yet

I just got this yesterday, and it was shipped to me in it's manufactures box, but it had not been taped up, so by the time I got it, it looked like it had been opened and resold! upon inspection of the device, not only was it dirty, but it had water...

Made cheap, costs cheap

 

Could not imaging anyone in their right mind paying the "suggested retail price" for this item. Set a price alert for $24.99 and wait. It's a basic steam mop. You get 2 cleaning pads, so you can always have one on the unit. You aren't supposed to...

Very low cost. Got as a shell shocker deal

Top cord storage loop is very cheap and brittle plastic. I expect to be the first thing that breaks. Not a dealbreaker, though

Customer service would have been nice.

Was REALLY cheap when on sale

Broke after it was too late to return. Doesn't steam anymore, called customer service and they keep hanging up on me. Product taking up space in house....trashed

Doesm't Work

 

Returned . Thanks to Neweggs excellent service, a simple phone call and I had a RMA number and a refund a few days later.

Looks nice

Would not produce steam. Got a little warm but no matter how long I waited, no steam

Items delivered not new

 

Purchased this item when it was $29.99. Received today and find that the box is not sealed, there is marks of use at the base, and the steam mop looks used. Very disappointed.

Great at cleaning without much effort on my part. Clean up is easy

doesn't move will head don't pivot nor does it like to stand upright well
