The first one I bought was very obviously faulty and arrived in a battered box. It has been changed and I am loving the new machine. The floors have never been cleaner and it certainly sorts out floor tile grout and bathrooms

This is a vary versatile machine, built to last: it's prime task it performs very well, very well indeed. Excellent supporting DVD. LIKE it!

Bought this as replacement for an older polti which lasted for about 15 years with no trouble. This once is similar but more sophisticated and easy to use. The hose is thinner and more flexible .The steam gun is easier to operate . So far no trouble.

This is a great little cleaner. Easy to use, lots of accessories. Made our stair carpet look like new. Soft furnishings smell fresh after being steam cleaned. Would highly recommend.
