The wife loves it

 

I haven't used it personally but every time my wife uses it she comments on how great it is ; The reusable washable pads save money over the "cheap" throw away mop pads for other products ; Steam definitely cleans better than regular mop water

Nifty little device

 

Overall its pretty good for general cleaning of hard surface floors but I wouldn't recommend for heavy duty cleaning. It's also nice if your a "Green" person as there is no chemicals involved other than those in your tap water.

Its lightweight and seems to do a pretty good job of cleaning. It's really fun when you get it really steaming. You have to push the handle forward to activate it though so it there is a lot of "useless" back and forth motions. I have had issues with...

You can't find "scrubber" pads. By this I mean that it comes with cleaning pads and they are very soft and nice but they don't have anything that actually scrubs. So if you have food or something stuck to your floor, unless you can scrape it up before...

NewEgg does it again!

 

I almost dropped $100 for the same model at Walmart on an impulse buy. I went in to get a new mop. I saw these units and considered buying one. I checked my email when I was in line and had a new msg from Newegg advertising their members only deals....

Kind of a flimsy product and doesnt replace good ol hot water and a cotton mop. But it does the trick for $30

it helps to spray a little kitchen cleaner on tile and some pledge on wood BEFORE moping this mop doesn't whiten your floors, it cleans them... what i mean is if you have deep dark areas, like stains (like we did) a little kitchen cleaner with the...

works good - doesnt feel cheap ; consumer reports give it good ratings ; doesnt use a lot of water ; you can see it work! massive amounts of steam comes out as you move over the floor... when your done you can see the filth on the white cleaning pad

Negative reviews are genuine.

 

I don't think anyone would need to be reminded that one must sweep before mopping. Pity how some people like to speak so rudely. I would repeat that AFTER sweeping (not vacuuming) thoroughly this steam mop still manages to find some pet hair and fluff...

All the negative reviews are silly

 

The people saying it just pushes dirt and hair around the floor... YOU NEED TO SWEEP IT UP FIRST!! Seriously! It's a mop which means you have to sweep first!
