I am not sure

 

Its brand new and I bought it very cheap on ebay ($15) Just cant get it to work??? Its plugged in let it sit for 10 minutes still not hot. so I got it going (with noise) for 10 minutes. Still not even warm. Is it just broken???

Stopped hearing up after 3 uses

 

Worked well the first 2 times, left yellow stains on the floor which is easily wiped up with vinegar. (This was stated in the manual). 3rd use, the mop wouldn't heat up at all, made all the right noises, just no heat or steam. Now in the bin. I paid...

Price, reasonably good at cleaning.

Not long lived at all, feels cheap.
