Excellent pick up. Lovely design. great stretchy hose. long lead. easy to use. .

Rubber drive belt snapped after 2nd use. very difficult to replace the band, had to purchase special long shafted screwdriver to remove covers. had to buy pack of replacement rubber belts. difficult to replace covers, felt pieces important to smooth...

I am pleased with the performance. It glides smoothly over the carpets and picks up very well. .

The machine is rather heavy and i have difficulty in moving it out of the cupboard and i definitely cannot manage to carry it upstairs

cleans hard floors and carpets to a high standard and having a cat the extra tools i couldnt do without.

Appears to be a very easy to use efficient vacuum

Nice extra long flex, easy to move from room to room. Lance is excellent to use and the pet hair remover and allergen brushes are superb.

Show just how dirty our house used to be :(

Overall good value for money

Rather noisy - quite heavy to lift up stairs

Its much better than our very old hoover. Powerful, good at cleaning, good range of accessories, good cable length. Powerful suction

Some may find it a bit heavy. The dust holder could do with a bit more capacity, but I did give it an extreme test the first time round

Fantastic suction and easy to use. The explorer lance is fantastic for getting rid of cobwebs on the ceiling and doing the stairs. I don't even have to lift the vacuum up the stairs.

It's heavy & the dust bin could do with being a bit bigger. Overall a great hoover, much better than many others I have had in the past.
