It looks nice and the suction is excellent. The cleaner is very light

The hose is far too short - you can only clean 2 stairs without moving the cleaner which has to be balanced two stairs below you. The flex is too short meaning that you have to keep unplugging and replugging. There is no extension tube to join the hose...
