So far I am pleased with this item, its a lot sturdier than my previous one, there is only one triangle for cleaning, I would recommend getting a spare one.

Arrived with water still in the water section, and marks and scruff all over. Can't comment on the use of the mop but very leave something to be desired.

I brought this and I was very disappointed ☹️ with it hardly any steam comes out on maximum setting and it takes ages for the steam to come through the floor mat that it comes with I would give it a no * if I could I wouldn't recommend this product...

Just bought this and using it for the first time such a good product especially the hand-held part would recommend

I can't put in to words how fab this steamer is . it's so powerful it's a must buy for any cleaning task whether it be cleaning floors to deep cleaning of ovens etc . its got handy tools also which make the job easier . reasonable priced too.

Desperate for the delivery of my steam mop. However, had already clearly been used as had water inside. Poor show very sending me a returned mop! However, it works and I can't be bothered to return it. The mop it's self is great and I'm happy.

this steam mop has been good so far it's great that it has a setting to make sure there's bot too much water coming out so it's not streaky. I haven't used the other compartments.
