I bought 2 of these one for me and one for my mum - mine was dreadful, had hardly any suction, very heavy, and after it was initially used it always had the bag was full light lit up despite it being empty - not impressed at all

Its easy to empty with a simple click the hoover is open and you pull out the cylinder and empty it. So in terms of usage its easy and quick. It also looks pretty slick. Over all its fine for my apartment carpets and wood floors and picks up most things.

I don't think that the suction on it is very good even turned up to the highest setting - I'm not sure if that is because it is bag-less but my previous vacuum was a miele and it was a million times better. I also ordered online it showed a purple...
