I have been very impressed with this hoover. the only thing I would say is the little brush attatchment keeps falling off and the lead is a bit of a pain but my carpet has never looked so fluffy and clean.

When I first used this hoover, I was shocked to see how much muck came out of my carpet that I thought was clean. However, when I wanted to do the stairs the hose only went two thirds of the way up! Tip: check the hose goes to the top of your stairs!

A good hoover with excellent suction of dust.Its not long enough to do a full staircase.

Very pleased. After having a Vax and also an Electrolux, my carpets have never been so clean and look it.

This Hoover has great suction and is lightweight, only fault I have found Is that the cable is at the bottom and is easily caught when using the Hoover, cable could also be a bit longer. Overall a great cleaner good value and my favourite colour!!

Wish I had purchased this Hoover earlier would have made life a lot easier. True it is light weight compared to older models but it's performance out weighs that. and the intense mode is brilliant. The only down side Flex is a bit shorter than older...

I had my old vacuum for years and was out of touch with the new bag less ones, but I read all the reviews for Hoovers and this one came well reccommended, it is light, powerful,has all the tools needed and is just as good on my wood floors as it is on...

Picks up dirt well on carpet and hard floors. Crevice tool very long and usefull. Light enough to carry upstairs. Pleased with purchase. Good value for money
