Absolutely useless. Had this replaced 3 times!! All failed to work after a matter of weeks..... No steam, no heat, water leaks out the bottom. A friend also bought the same and had the same problem, the company she bought it from allowed her to swap...

I have had this mop for a couple of years. I don't use it all the time but up until now it had been great! Now it doesn't heat up so no steam nothing! It's disappointing to keep testing it with no results! I wouldn't buy this brand again .

Worse mop ever first one literally blew up a flame shot out and started smoking. We binned it. Got another and water poured from the jets, they replaced under warranty we sold that one and went to another brand...never turned back it's.so much better...
