Relatively lightweight, easy operation and easily cleaned. The price was good given the power rating. Design was a factor as it does look sleek but for it's price point it also has a higher regard in product reviews by people who have bought this...

I originally used my housemates DYSAN vacuum cleaner before she moved out and then had to buy my own. Morphy Richards is far superior to Dysan, value for money and best yet lifts human/animal hair off carpets like a breeze. Very impressed.

Very powerful, great design, very strong when is cleaning the carpet. My sister loves it because it picks all her hair from her bedroom's carpet

This hoover has really good suction and comes with extra tools. V Goog value for money

wish the power cord was longer

Easy to use, lightweight & good suction. Nice touch with the 'min & max' suction thingy. Good on dog hair on hardfloor especially, but also pretty good on full suction on carpets too.

None really, except having to clean dust from filter each time you empty it (how can one little thing pick up sooo much dust....?)
