Fantastic to remove all type of dirt, easy to use and long autonomy.

The only problem is that you need to keeo pressing the botton for steam, a safety feature, however after a while your finger is a bit sore (maybe im weak!)

drips water everywhere and doesn't get grease off without use of chemical as well. Disappointing.

Great value for money. I'm using it on the carpet as I'm allergic to dust and it really makes the difference.

Vaporetti has a light that turns green when the steam is ready, however when I start using it, the light turns off and I need to wait a little bit more until the it turns on again. The hose should be longer.

Heats up quickly. Easy to change accessories. Performs well, quick and easy to use. After a long period of indecision I'm pleased I finally took the plunge to purchase my Polti Vaporetto 950.

9 out of 10 for performance because the cloth supplied for the floor brush is too small and scrunches up when used. I use a cloth of my own!
