It is noisy - particularly the vacuum function. It could have a better instruction manual and DVD - it is not terribly easy to work out which attachment is for what purpose. The Steam/Vacuum hose is rather bulky and seems to coil in it's own direction...

I used it recently to remove marks left behind that Professional Carpet Cleaners were unable to get out. The previous model I had for 14 years. I used to use it for defrosting and sanitizing my Freezer Van.

It needs a lock like the steam button has for the Vacuum as it is all to easy to turn it on when you dont want to.
