Performance wise is excellent Weight is good even for people with weak wrists, Easy to fill and empty.

Clean Water tank had cracks in it when purchased, didn't notice when first used, thought it was the water from when the manufacturer tested the product, so needed to return.

Cleaned the carpet well and was dry instantly after vacuuming, easy to clean afterwards.

The two products I received were faulty. First product worked for one cleaning cycle, at second use the cleaner tripped the electric... replacement unit supplied and out of the box the water pump did not work! Ended up sending it back, don't want such...
