I love how this picks up dirt and fluff. My carpets are so much better. A bit heavy for me to carry but I have arthritis. Would recommend.

Very disappointed. The vacuum when used upright is ok but the hose for attaching tools is ridiculously short making the attachments virtually impossible to use.

We bought this Hoover as the other one we had really weren't that good, this one is amazing and has 2 different parts that you can use. One for harder to get places which hoovers up amazingly. Highly recommended!!
