The first time I used the machine the suction was incredible, nearly lifted the carpet from the floor! The next time the suction was poor. I tried emptying the dust container with no success. I have since returned the machine to the store.

Brilliant suction! Great for allergies, picks up so much dust and hair - brilliant! The attatchments are great, and its so easy to clean the filters. So pleased, would definitely recommend.

If you are tall (i'm 5ft11), its only just ok with pole length with the turbo tool, & a little awkward with hard floor tool if you want to get the most efficient head angle for it to pick up best. Changing the hoses is a bit tricky for those with...

My hands are not strong and to join the hose and diconnect are difficult and I use an opener one uses for jars.
