Hi, bought this for my husband, as we had the cylinder Vax, what a difference, so easy to prepare, easy to use, and much simpler to clean afterwards. Great machine.

Used very happy with result and upholsty part was great, had to return 1st one due to fault but replacement very happy with the return service was a nightmare

i bought this a few weeks ago and tried it on my carpets... USELESS!!! Only one patch of carpet came cleanish the rest looked as though nothing had been done. The only thing "done" was me!

Had it for a week used it to clean my carpets it cleans okay but leaves the floor soaking wet took a day to dry

Awfull water poor out without pressing the trigger looked online and it seems to happen alot with this vax

It does a great job at cleaning carpets, fabric sofas and rugs. A good purchase, although it's quite noisy and a little heavy, so could make cleaning the stairs a little difficult, hence the 4 stars.

I absolutely love this machine it's ideal for the price your not going to get any better I've cleaned my 2 kids bedrooms car seats and sofa and they look brand new! Would highly recommend it's a bargain.
