Powerful , big tank , not heavy or difficult to move

works well does thje job if carpets are not to dirty but do not think it would cope with heavy soiled carpets as it could do with a moving aggitator brush which this model does not have also could do with some hand tools but as a basic carpet washer it...

needs a moving aggitator brush and some tools other wise very well put to gether carpet washer

Bigger and heavier than a vacuum cleaner it might be difficult to store

Brilliant value for money, does the job just as good as my old Bissell. Very lightweight and easy to use (when you discover how). Definately recommend this product - one of my better purchases.

The instructions state 'push' the clip 'down' on the top vessel (which has the clean water) to hold it in place - you should pull it up so it clips onto the handle - not down. Sorry but it took me a while to figure it out.

one minor point the screws that came with it to attach the handle are way too long & stick out, but can be sorted by putting shorter ones in!

Fairly easy to use and does a fair job. Lifts the dirt up and gets rid of most of the water so carpets dry quickly. I looked for a budget cleaner and am not dissapointed

I would like to have had a stair cleaning tool, but did understand it wasn't available with this machine, Other than that, no bad points

Very effective, easy to use, plenty of power means carpets are near-enough dry after use. Twice the power of similarly-priced more modern machines.

Big and ugly. Noisy. Rip-off cleaning solution prices. Obviously out of date design.
