Excellent. Did a great job. No problems

Tank rather small for big areas. Suitable for my 2-bed apartment but I think a larger model would be needed for a larger home. I am very pleased though

Very easy to use - lightweight to carry and works well. As cheap to buy as a one day hire of a larger machine plus the very expensive detergent required for them

Tends to drip water when turned off so you need to keep a tray or piece of plastic nearby to put it on when refilling

Very easy to assemble. Easy to use very light and manoeuverable

Small dirty water tank needs emptying regularly and can spill over machine if you tip machine back and are not careful

It does what it is supposed to do

Carpets take a while to dry in winter

Great for cleaning up after spills and after a wet dog. Good value for money. Good for use in bewteen a full clean. I would definitely recommend

Not really any bad points only that if you are doing a large room probably not ideal as the tank is small so would have to refill very often

struggled to get clean water holder in place - eventually managed. Have not been able to undo the screwtop of water holder as yet. I screwed it up too tight and cannot get purchase on it to unscrew it. Hope someone can help me do it

a bit difficult to put together, and not easy to push water tank back on once filled

Easy and light to use and very compact to store. My plain carpets are light grey (stone) and I was very pleased with the result after the very first time I used the machine. I have already recommended the Vax to my friends

If left with the mixture in the machine I find it leaks making the carpet in that area very wet. Can this be avoided

Difficult to fit the clean water tank when filled. Did not come with the amount of shampoo advertised. Phoned the day I received the product but have not received the extra shampoo

Could do with bigger tanks for shampoo solution and recovered (very) dirty water ; Difficult to cover stair treads adequately
