I bought this over a couple of months ago, initially for my kitchen and bathroom floors. My youngest grandchild is now crawling and follows me into the kitchen, so I wanted to ensure all areas were exceptionally clean for her to explore. Wow, superb...

It's very light and glides smoothly. It rotates which makes it easy to clean the corners. It has good features and does what it says on the description. I couldn't do without it. Also good value for money.

I bought this to replace my old one! so glad I did. its flexible and heats up quickly.

Good steamer on the floors and used it in the bathroom as a handheld device. Not sure the effect on carpets. Tried but can't see much difference therefore 4 stars. Brought it using double up clubcard points so got a good deal on it.

Bought this to replace the old mop & bucket. Portable & easy to use, the flooring comes up very clean.

Does exactly what it says, removes dried on dirt and cleans well, floor was left wetter than I had expected but it dried very quickly.

Light and nimble, super fast to get ready and working. Doesn't need any fancy ionised water like a polti before it, with a sensible filter built in instead. Tiles look like new afterwards, although the oven proved to be too much for it to handle.
