t To use as a hand appliance is very difficult. almost impossible to disconnect with ease from main cleaner, the button to disconnect is ridiculous. If you do manage this the utensil is quite heavy considering you have to keep hold of the power button.

you have to manually keep the leaver pressed for steam use, which makes it more difficult to use hand held

Very quick & easy to use! Very effective on floors - including vinyl floor tiles which previously had to be scrubbed by hand with a brush to get them clean! Now it takes just a few minutes to get them gleaming!

No bad points so far. I haven't used all the accessories yet so cannot comment on them.

Hard to take off the mop head to change to hand held. Would like if could put other cleaning products instead of just water to make everything smell nice and clean
