Bought this from JL at 30% over the on-line price to ensure good service if it went wrong. Delivered about 2weeks ago, tried to get it going next day, trigger doesnt depress fully, makes repeated, continuous clicking noise, machine seems underpowered...

I bought this steamer with several attachments on Christmas Day and have been steam cleaning everything in sight with great results ever since. It's so easy to use and gives great results, can't fault it so far and don't think I ever will.
