I bought this product about three months ago, it collects the fluff in the tube very rarely gets to where it should go, filters are clean I have another hover so it is only used now and again always charge up.

This machine has hardly any suction, it doesn't even pick up pine needles or crumbs from vinyl kitchen floor. Very disappointed with this product. Very expensive mistake to make.
