Great lightweight vacuum. Very powerful, bought for my elderly mum and feel it's better and easier to use than my dyson, would definately buy for myself

Light and simple to use.Very good on carpets.Not very noisey.It is on par to my old hoovers which were Miele and Dyson with regards to performance but not as robust....this is reflected in the price which is about 50% less

The use of the suction hose is fiddly and difficult to reach..in time will stretch and not fit as compactly. I live in a flat so do not have stairs.If i did i would consider a more expensive model. I think for the price the hose is the compromise.I...

bad suction particularly with the hose part for cleaning stairs. very noisy. cable wind is small and tight. wish i had stuck with a dyson.

easy to use suction is good now it is working.

Valve on top of cylinder was pulled off by the suction after 10 secs of use. Replacement was held on with more screws so obviously there was an issue.

Picks up reasonably well on carpeift but no good on hard floors.
