Brilliant suction and great ability to remove dog hairs.

A bit too heavy for my liking and when you want to roll the vacuum cleaner backwards to pull it to for example, put it away, the wheels sometimes don't run well. Sometimes the hose pops out of the hole where it meets the main body of the vacuum.

I HAVE 2 DOGS AND IT PICKS UP THEIR HAIR SO EASILY - THIS HOOVER IS FANTASTIC!!

Heavy to use

The suction is excellent. Pet hairs on my carpet are sucked up into the chamber. The best vacuum cleaner I have ever had

I had a problem securing the hose band

Detachable hose and tools. Nice design & does what its says.

Would have prefered a longer flex and one which auto coils rather than having to manually wind.

Very powerful suction. Base suctions very close to the edge. Hose is readily available. Good attachment for hose to get pet hair off furnishing.

Quite heavy to move on carpet. The hose at the back of the vacuum can disengage from the base quite easily - meaning that you get no suction from the base until you plug it back in. The electrical lead could do with being a little bit longer. The...
