Can take several washes to remove older stains. annoying to clean after use. Apart from that's it works and gets the job done.

I was quite skeptical about getting this as some reviews wasn't great, so glad I went and good it, it's amazing bring my carpet up like new!! Best carpet washer I've used and so easy to use. Highly recommend.
