Hoover Wind tunnel Upright Self Propelled

 

Bought this vacuum for about $450. 4 years ago. Thought the self propelled idea would make it a no brain decision. Hadn't thought about having to lug this beast up and down stairs. After a while I bought the extension hose to make vacuuming the stairs ...

Self propelled for people that can't move their arms back and forth. Did the job.

Noisy to the point of needing ear protectors. Poor value in the long run.

Hoover Vacuums Really Suck

 

I did not realize how difficult it would be to get a v-belt for my vacuum cleaner, or how long it would take. I purchased a Hoover U6630-900 Self-Propelled Wind Tunnel vacuum cleaner almost a year ago. I bought it at WalMart and paid close to $200 ...

I do like the self-propelled feature. I like the fact that it is bag less.

It is too difficult to get replacement parts.

I bought this vacuum about a year ago from Walmart, and it worked great for about 4-6 months. In addition to the hassle of emptying the canister and cleaning out the various filters after vacuuming only ONE room...that's right ONE room, I had to...

Gets the Job Done

 

I bought this vacuum cleaner a little over a year ago because it seemed like a fairly decent machine for a decent price. Overall, I have found that it works okay, but I think it could definitely be better. Truth is, I have had two in the last year ...

Easy to use, assemble, disassemble, clean out, etc...

Could have better suction power. Has spot(s) that can become clogged.

I can not think of a single pro for this machine.

Belts don't last and are difficult to change. Bag-less feature is a mess to empty.
