WORST TECHNICAL SUPPORT EVER

 

I wish their tech dept would take a few hours and do their own investigation about their digital photo frames and provide some decent support information.

The frame doesn't work with Jump Drives that have U3 on it. You'll need to remove the U3 software if you intend to use one that has U3. This is also my second frame. I had to RMA the first one after the display went on the fritz. This one has a stuck...

Good Price. Large Sharp Screen. Has a USB cable to hook to the computer and will act as a Card Reader for the media hooked to it. Will play Mp3s with the slide shows

No power button on the remote. To turn the frame off, you have to flip the switch on the back..... And then the backlight stays on, so you have to unplug the frame to get that to shut off. No option to automatically turn on and shut off at different...

I love this frame I can change the pictures if I want.

 

This is really great. I got it for my mom for Christmas and she really likes it. Now, she can see all those other pictures without have so many picture frames. It makes things look so much more neater.
