Classy frame, also with it being white doesn't show up dust, which is definately a bonus. Easy to use. I bought this as a Christmas present for my mum, I will definately be buying one for myself.

Instructions were not that easy to interpret and made it difficult to operate initially. Once we had overcome this problem we then found function changes on the frame much easier.

Very attractive frame which is a light cream colour so looks nice even when off.

Great that you can attach the frame to your harddrive and view all your photos. Picture quality is good and I like the way it zooms in and out sometimes. The photo stays on for just the right amount of time before the next one appears.

The photos start again from the beginning each time.

The product you supplied had a bit missing, so I couldn't use it. You were unwilling to supply the missing bit, so I had the hassle of having to return it and get a credit.
