DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE!

 

We had problems immediately after purchase. The dishwasher was supposed to be delivered in a week. It took 3! Then it leaked immediately. They sent a repair man out who said this was a known problem he ordered a part and came back a few weeks later. ...

It looks pretty. .

Product leaks: water @ bottom & steam on sides damaging cabinets. Customer service: nonexistent.

Bad Design. Bad Quality.

 

I chose this model under the theory that I should not buy the most expensive model but I should not skimp on cost either. Bad theory. This model cost a lot more than the loud, plain dishwasher I replaced, but works a lot more poorly. First, the ...

It hasn't quit entirely yet! Not too loud.

Poor interior layout.Poor cleaning-ability, except on maximum settings. Parts breaking.

Control panel broke within one year, and company has horrible customer service

 

The control panel broke on Christmas Eve. Called the number on the inside of the machine, but all I got was a recorded message directing me to random service providers in my area - the service providers themselves record their info and some did not...

looks nice

doesn't clean well, bad customer service for warrantied repairs
