Much quieter than previous machine. Great value for money

Door keeps popping up, awkward place settings, residue left if used on lower temps and not all water dissipates

The cup rack has to be the worst design. We use mostly mugs, standard size, but this rack is designed for teacups. Not many people use teacups. Best bit of advice: bring a few mugs with you and see how they fit into the cup rack. Designers really need...
