I must say at the outset, I believe these are good solid units and I think the features provide a very good value. Service after the sale is where my beef is.... Unfortunately, we took our player out for a trip and found one of the screens was ...

good features. Games are simple but a good diversion.

Service is bad. Typical of company's who use 'overseas' support.
